Optional Observatory B&B Activities
For an additional $50 per person, guests can arrange for an imaging tutorial from Jack. (This is independent of the free tour of the night sky provided to all guests). Weather permitting, those taking tutorials will have an opportunity to take their own photographs through state-of-the-art equipment & then have a CD-ROM containing their own images to take home as a souvenir of their visit! This is an opportunity that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and so far as we know is unique in the world! See "Be a Star" for more information.
If you wish you may also observe on your own using our rental scope. We have a Meade 16" Dobsonian telescope available for $35 per night. Reserve early!

l Check-in time at the Observatory B&B is any time after 3:00 p.m.
l The tours of the night sky and optional activities have varying start times
dependent upon what time darkness sets in. Please check with us.
l Breakfast is always served in the upstairs dining room at 8:30 a.m.
Please inform us of any dietary concerns well in advance.
l Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
